I have a Sony 55" KD55AF9BU tv which is 13 months old and just out of it's year's warranty. Whilst watching tv yesterday the sound went. There is no software update and I have tried the Sony troubleshooting page , done what they suggested and no joy. Any ideas? I can't find a tel N0 for Sony to speak to them. Can anyone help?
Have you tried also to reboot Android TV keeping pressed Power OFF on remote?
