Talk Talk and Bravia

Hello,

My TV switches on when I turn on my Talk Talk box using its remote, but I have to change 'source' to an HDMI to watch TV.  Surely there must be a way that the TV automatically 'searches' and then connects straight to HDMI when I do this?
