Yet more Sony Bravia issues!

Hi everyone. My KDL43W809C Often comes up with an on-screen message 'your television is no longer  connected to the internet'. A few seconds later it will say 'your television is now connected to the internet'. I don't seem to lose any signal, but it's an annoying error message that sometimes comes and goes all night. Any ideas? Many thanks.

Hi there

 

Is your tv connected via Wifi?  If so, try changing the wireless channel on your router.

 

Can i also assume that you have the latest firmware installed?

Thanks mate. How do I do that on my router? Yes, I have the latest UK updates so far... Thanks again

Hi there

 

To change wifi channels on your router, you will need to look at the instructions for your router.

 

Most of the time, you log into your isps router via a web browser using 192.168.0.1, find the wireless section and then select a different channel.
