WH-1000XM5 not charging

I recently got a new headset and after 30 hours of use i wanted to recharge it, but it won't charge more than 20%

Tried to use multiple chargers, cables etc. Tried to reset settings and back to factory.

Anyone had the same problem? Or knows how to fix this?

Hey @Marc8406 I think you can try updating the headset software as it can help with the issue. Also, you can check the tips mentioned here so you can check the charging issue. And try refreshing the headset by resetting it as shown here and the initializing to the factory settings as shown here. But if all of these steps didn't help, I think contacting Sony would be the best option.
