PlayMemories Website Purchase Problems
I am trying to purchase an app for my RX100 III. I log in on the page, and tick the "I am not a robot " box. sometimes a tick appears, sometimes I get a grid of 9 photos and a request to tick those with a car in before I get a tick. As soon as I hit the sign in key I get a message "verify you are not a robot" This happens over and over again. WHy they need a robot check on this page anyway defeats me?
Anyone else had this problem??

Sorry to hear you have to go through that. I know how frustrating this could be but the CAPTCHA is a security measure necessary to keep your account information safe, especially that it has sensitive payment details.
Have you tried logging in using a different internet browser or from a different computer if possible?

Yes- I tried in Chrome and Internet explorer and got the same result- entering email, password, show I am not a robot, in an endless loop. I have contacted Sony and they suggested same as you
Any other thoughts??

Yes, done that. Makes no difference..."Verify you are not a robot" appears every time I try,on different computers and different browsers. I cannot believe I am the only one who has met this problem

know why it didn't like the old one, but no problems since
