If you save the number as a contact in the phonebook and then edit the contact you have a checkbox at the bottom for "Send calls directly to voicemail". Enable this to block calls from the number.

Yea,you can block the call for paritcular numbers by following these simple steps.

Suppose you want to block a number <9876543210>

If <9876543210> is already saved in your contacts under any name storing multiple phone no.

      1. First remove <9876543210> from there.

      2. Create new contact with <9876543210> under a different name ,say<xyz>.

      3. Go to menu which is at the top right corner,there you will get a checkbox for "All calls to voicemail",mark that checkbox.

      4. Click <Done>.

If <9876543210> is already saved in your contacts under any name <abc> storing single phone no  <9876543210>.

     1.Edit  <xyz> in your contacts.

     2. Go to menu which is at the top right corner,there you will get a checkbox for "All calls to voicemail",mark that checkbox.

      3. Click <Done>.

Block Calls from a Phone Number:

1. From the home screen, tap "Apps"
2. Open the "Contacts" app
3. Tap the contact you wish to block
4. Tap the "Edit" icon and then press "Menu"
5. Mark the check box associated with "All Calls to Voicemail" and you're all set

Go to "Play Store" and install "Calls Blacklist".

Then you can block anything.
