When I connect my E4G (E2006) by USB to my laptop (Windows 10), the "camera" folder says "no files", whether I use File Explorer or Xperia Companion. This means that I can't manage (delete, copy, move) pictures in that folder from the laptop!
Any suggestions?

1. "The photos that you take with your camera or the videos that you record are stored in DCIM/100ANDRO on either your internal storage...."
That appears to be correct, thanks!
By the way, for users in Mexico (and, I suppose, in other Spanish-speaking countries) the equivalent of "three 3 dots > Information" is "3 dots > Detalles"
2. Given that, why is there a "Camera" folder (seen in addition to 100ANDRO) that has no files in it?
3. "...either your internal storage or your SD card, depending on if you have an SD card in your phone and if the data storage setting is set to Internal storage or SD card...."
I couldn't find a setting that would direct photos to the SD card. That would be of immense help in decreasing the data burden on the internal storage. Where is the setting to direct photo storage to the SD card?
Thanks, again!
Hi @PedrinDNuyorc,
The photos that you take with your camera or the videos that you record are stored in DCIM/100ANDRO on either your internal storage or your SD card, depending on if you have an SD card in your phone and if the data storage setting is set to Internal storage or SD card.
You can also check the path to where a photos or video is stored if you open up the Album application > tap on a picture > tap on it again > 3 dots > Information.
Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for the swift reply!
You're welcome!
As @Viridis mentioned, the camera folder is for the camera settings in your phone.
To change the setting to have your photos and videos directly saved to your SD card, start with opening up the Camera application > tap the gear (settings) icon in the bottom left corner > More > Data storage > SD card.
Now they will be saved directly to your SD card, instead of the internal storage of your phone.
When you take the first photo or record your first video the DCIM/100ANDRO folder will be created on your SD card so you can access your pictures and videos from your computer.
Let us know if there is anything else!
