My phone got really hot and now it won't charge

I was on my phone and went to go charge it, the light came on for about a second and then it switched off, I went to feel my phone and around the camera area was really hot

@FEMALEWARRIOR1 recent android devices have a feature that shut off charge if the device is too hot, wait the phone to cool down and put it to charge and let us know if it is charging now.

I have done this and it is still not working

@FEMALEWARRIOR1 ok, so if the phone is off it won't charge, did you try different USB cables and chargers?

I have exchanged my phone for a new one so the problem no longer exists. Thank you for your help.
