My phone is not responding for anything

a week ago my phone started to freez and shut down randomly It usually happens when i have it in my pocket and somtimes when i try to turn it on it freez again while booting and today my phone is combletly shut down and not respnding for any thing 
i got my phone for only 2 months ago!!

Hi @KenanXV99, I'm sorry to hear that.

Can you try and temporarily remove any SIM- and SD-card in your device to see if they may be causing this behavior.

I would also recommend that you try and force shut down your device. To do so press and hold the volume up and on/off button until the phone vibrates 3 times. Then try starting it as normal.

If your device still won't start I'd recommend that you contact your Local support for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center.
