Problem with calls

Hello for a while when I make or receive calls, I am obliged to put the speaker so that my interlocutor can hear me. Do you have a solution to solve the problem.

I have a similar problem. Quite often when I make a call the recipient cannot hear me although I can hear them. If I redial and switch to loudspeaker they can then hear me. Other times the recipient can't hear me when I am using loudspeaker I then have to redial using the internal speaker. Very frustrating. Recently was trying to reach the AA as I had broken down and I couldn't make the call. Please help I don't know if this would occur on a 999 call but I worry that it will. Thanks in advance

Have you tried to reboot your device to safe mode to see if you are experiencing the same behaviour with you downloaded apps disabled?

If you are I would recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion to see if anything software related in your device is causing this behavior.
