Xperia e5 gets frozen and then it reboot

My new phone gets frozen randomly, and seconds later it reboot itself. I dont know what i should do. I hope someone could give me council.

I am so sorry to hear about your phone.

Are you doing anything specific in the phone when this occurs, for example if you are using a specific application or service just prior to the phone restarting?

I would recommend that you start with rebooting your phone in safe mode. In safe mode all applications that you have installed on your own won't be loaded so we can see if any of them is the cause of the phone freezing and restarting.

If there is no change while the phone is rebooted to safe mode, if you have an SD card in your phone, remove this and use the phone as normal and see if you experience the same type of restarts.
