Hi,
I've been contributing on the US version of this site as it is the only one with a dedicated forum for Music Unlimited.
I created a thread there for correction requests, had gotten good feedback from the moderators. The community manager even posted a tshirt and lanyard to me here in Ireland from the US as a way of saying thanks!
Now when I try to logon i am told that I have been banned from the site. Is there any way that you can get in touch with your colleagues over there to find out why? I didn't receive any communication from anyone about it
The thread in question is here:
https://community.sony.com/t5/Music-Unlimited/Correction-Requests/td-p/229673
There are some replies that I posted after the last one that have since been removed by the moderators, not sure why as they were just links to albums that were incorrectly tagged in some shape or form
Cheers,
Gary
Solved! Go to Solution.
Could try twitter:
https://twitter.com/SonySupportUSA
Or one of the email addresses at the end of this FAQ:
Failing that, create another account and post on the forums under that account.

Hi Gary,
welcome to the Sony User Community Forum..:smileyhappy:
@The above address would have been correct but it appears that Sony USA have recently changed some of their emails addresses to include am after the @..
However I have been in contact with the USA team and they have advised me that you can contact them on the following email address - Email USA
As you are aware we are completely separate from the USA team so cannot get involved with their running of the forum but hopefully the address above will allow you to discuss your forum problems with the US team..
Good Luck..:smileygood_luck:
Hi there
I have flagged up your post to Sony - Hopefully someone will contact you next week sometime for a resolution or at least point you in the right direction.
Cheers
Hi groupama3, I am not sure if this is a monitored account or not but you could try using this email address - USA Community
Thanks for the replies guys. I'll try that email too
Cheers,
Gary
HI @groupama3
The feedback that I have received, is that in this instance you must contact the Sony US forums themselves. This is because each region of Sony are separete divisions of which are independantly controlled. The most logical contact is the email address @Nobody-in-particular provided above.
Cheers
Thanks for getting back to me,
I got a failure on that address. So if you can find a vaiid one, please let me know,
Cheers,
Gary

Thanks a mill guys,
got sorted via twitter, they've lifted the ban indefinitely and apologised for the mistake.
Cheers,
Gary
