cant load disk,driver installed that causes stability problems.

HELP,i CANT LOAD A DISK.ISSUE DESCRIPTION,A DRIVER IS INSTALLED THAT CAUSES STABILITY PROBLEMS TO MY SYSTEM,THIS DRIVER WILL BE DISABLED,CAN ANYONE HELP.
