hi ordered the ps4 for my kids for xmas
,which were to be delivered yesterday 29th/11
anyhow my rd was closed most of the day due to rd works, so just presumed i'd get my order later.
so last night around 5pm i tracked my order and it came up as delivered....
how and where had it been delivered ? i had been in all day and the rd works .
so i called sony and was told i would be called back when they spoke with the delivery driver.
then sony called be back and told me i had got them hmm (i dont think so).
the driver had said a lady went outside and gave him my name (impossible).
so then i was told i would get another call back, which again i was told the same thing.
i was then told i would recieve a solemn declaration form i had to sign and send back.
which i did, i have not heard anything since.
i have paid over £1000 and dont have what ive paid for.
what am i supposed to do i saved up most of the year and cant afford to replace the items i have paid for.
its just not right. what do i do???
