Track and artist info on giga jukebox

I cannot get any track or artist info on my NAS E300 jukebox - only the names of albums appear. I have tried lots of really popular albums that must be on the data base.

Hi, If you have any data that shows as unknown, you will need to use the Title Updater Software that is on the Giga Juke, you do this as follows; found on P46 & 47 of the instruction manual

1.     Export the untitled data to a USB storage device. See "Exporting album information to a USB storage device" (page 47).

2.     Obtain the latest information from the Web for the untitled data in the device. See "Searching for title information on the computer" (page 48).

3.     Import the album information to the unit. See "Importing the latest title information to the unit" (page 50).
