I've had my S370 for about a year now and I'm experiencing random occurences where while watching a bluray or DVD that the screen will flash black for a second then the picture comes back.
The audio is not interrupted during these incidents but the picture goes completely
My TV goes to blue screen if there is no input so I am sure this is the bluray doing this.
Has anyone else experienced this or knows what the fix is?
sounds like a connectivity issue, check your HDMI is clean and tight, i would even try another HDMI lead to rule it out, also you could run a dvd cleaner in the player it wont hurt but since you still have sound its unlikely to be that, so try the lead first.
