Is it possible to do a manual retune on my rdr hxd 710?

I have been advised to do a manual retune to reload the bundle which has disappeared since Freeview last advised to do a retune. I can only find options for Easy Tune and Auto Tune. Is it possible to do a manual retune?

I suggest to make an hard reset of the recorder (stop+poweroff button, unplug from power for 1 minute) and than go through the easy setup procedure.
