RDR-HXD995 BBC "This Channel is not in service"

Retuned RDR-HXD995 several times due to Analogue switch off in Sheffield.

BBC1, 2, CBBC have correct channel number and title but a blank screen with message "This Channel is not in service"

Retune does find channels but as soon as power unit off and back on they've gone.

Can anyone help

Hi,

you need to remember that you have a digital and analogue tuner in your recorder and you will need to re tune on the Digital one for it to work,

check to see if you can switch tuners over in settings.
