Sony str 1080 with 2 inputs - Sky and a Sony Bluray player - both with hdmi.
I can watch sky, then if I watch a DVD, I can't go back to watching Sky. TV screen just goes black.
If I switch back to DVD I can watch DVD ok, just can't watch sky.
Last time it happened I left it switched off overnight and Sky worked the next morning.
When I try to watch Sky after a DVD and the tv screen is blank - if I turn off Sky I get audio only (from Sky) for a few seconds while it turns off.
Also when I try to watch Sky after a DVD and the tv screen goes black - if I power down Sky and power back on, Sky boots up ok and I can watch Sky again.
Any ideas ?
