Sony KD-55XE9005 and HT-CT790 compatibility

Hi all,

I recently bought a KD-55XE9005 TV, then after a couple of months, decided to compliment it with a HT-CT790 soundbar/subwoofer.

I have connected all devices (PC/Apple TV/PS4) to the soundbar, then connected the soundbar to the TV via the ARC HDMI ports (ARC ports on boh TV and soundbar).

The quality of the picture has significantly decreased, such as the PC no longer looking bright and fluid in its display.

How can I increase the FPS/Hz provided by the soundbar? What settngs do I need to look at? Is there something else I should be considering?

In the TV, did You enable the ''Enhanced Format'' HDMI?

Hi. I have now enabled this setting, but the picture is very dark.

I have changed the settings on the TV brightness, and it is now a little bit better, although the voice is now out of sync
