Hi
I am trying to synch the Sharp TV I have with the HDT500 box but no matter whether I press and hold the main handset On/Off button and press the 29 key code or press the On/Off button in the TV section of the handset and enter the code it does not work.
I tried this when both tv and HDD were on/off/ and combinations of the two.
The TV and HDD box are connected by HDMI cable with TV coaxial cable into the box.
Any suggestions from the community of what else might be needed?
