My Sony expire L (C2104) shows me total ram is 785MB instead of 1 gb !!!!!!

Your phone really does have 1GB RAM!

Your RAM is actually partitioned into two divisions:

(Here we use 1GB RAM = 1024MB RAM)

a. 785MB user accessible RAM
b. 239MB system reserved RAM

User accessible is for you to run third party apps from Google Play...

System reserved is for the phone to maintain its fluidity in processing graphics and computing from your apps...
