Dropped too many times and kind of works?

I've had this phone for awhile now and it's still in good shape but after dropping it one too many times it no longer works... sort of? When charging the phone it displays a green light as well as make the sound as if charging normally, if you hold the power button it will still vibrate if you hold down on the touchscreen it will still vibrate and sometimes when you tap it vibrates. Im seeing a lot of red light of death things but there is no red light and it seems alive as ever just not working.

Perhaps the phone kinda boots up but not entirely as there's hardware damage and it doesn't seemed that there's much you can do
