What is not working with the microphone exactly? Is the counterpart not able to hear you in calls?
If that is correct, is the microphone working if you do the inbuilt test that can be found in Settings > Support > Xperia tests > microphone/media, or Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Tests > Microphone?
