Sony Xperia M modelo C2004 Playstation Certified

Hello I have a Sony Xperia M dual model C2004, bought the smartphone'm in Brazil in Belo Horizonte Minas Gerais and saw that in the box is written Playstation Certified but was unable to find any application on your device menu Playstation, I wonder why since it is Playstation Certified should leave the factory with the application installed. Could get me this question? I thank you.

If the phone is playstation certified,you should get the app.But some countries may have different way of adding the apps,so you could try and download it from google play or search it on google:
