Apps not available

hi could someone please help!! I try to access my applications on old Sony Bravia KDL -47W805A and it says not available ?? Can still access YouTube cause I don’t have to click on the icon (Sony entertainment services app) which is where I usually find Netflix app , help would be appreciated
