My tv is less than 2 weeks old and today I experience freezing up of the various apps such as Netflix, Amazon etc.. I do not lnow why this is happening
Can anyone advise me please?

Try refreshing the TV:
Settings - Storage and reset - Internal storage - Cache - Clear, then hold the power button on the remote until the TV reboots. This should help improve performance.

Usually clearing the cached data would be enough to fix the freezes, but you might want to try updating to the latest software version or factory resetting the TV.
