Hello Sony comunity,

All of a sudden, all the HDMI ports on my Sony Bravia KDL-42W705B (2014 TV, pre-android tv) are displaying everything in black and white.

I've tried different cables on the devices I'm using, and they are still in black and white.

I've used a different screen with the same devices and cables, and they are in color.

So it is the Sony TV HDMI ports not displaying color. How bizarre!

My TV have the latest software instaled.

I've tried to reserch online for a solution (since Sony costumer care is closed over the weekends), and did not find anything.

Can anyone help me with this please?

It seems your product may have a fault. It might be best to contact support here when they are available.

Hello Dave,

I have the solution for this stupid problem:

Turn the Bravia off, wait for about 30 minutes, go to the gym, come back, have a shower, turn the Bravia on, and it will be fixed.

I can see the future.
