Hello,
The netflix app on my Bravia KDL332W7 is no longer working. It was fine until a few weeks ago.
When the Netflix app is launched it shows the Netflix logo and hangs with a circle going around constantly.
I have tried a software update but the TV said that it already had the latest software installed so I tried a factory reset but that has not solved this issue.
Can anyone help me please?

Are you facing any issue with any other app or just Netflix? Also try unplugging the TV from the power for a few mins and then re plug it back and check the performance.
