Sony Bravia kd32p3020 Hdmi

Hi I moved the tv to another room and trie to connect a tv box and a DVDs player via the hdmi ports. Followe the instructin manual to install them but tv will not recognise them. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there

If they worked before you moved the TV, it stands to reason it should work after the move too (taking into account no damage to any products has occured).

Best check all your connections and cables.

Its strange that all the devices are not working though.

Can you describe more of your setup?  Which devices are connected to where?  etc.

Hi Thanks for the reply I moved the set and tried to connect an android box via the hdmi port. No joy. So I went through the set up tuned in the tv etc. but the set will not recognise any thing connected to the hdmi port or scart socket. I have looked at the manual and also you tube to try and find out how to reset the tv to factory settings but can'T see any thing that works on this model.  The set had connections via scart and hdmi before it was moved.Thanks very much for the help.
