Will KDL-32EX603 get Skype

I have got a Sony Bravia KDL-32EX603. I bought it in 2011. I want to know if this can be upgraded to have skype just like the new smart tvs.

Thanks for your reply. I don't know why this model was dropped from having skype. It was in the border where several EX series got skype.
