A115M In Premiere export to DVD not possible, cannot find dvd-recorder

I want to export a film-sequence to DVD with premiere.
The Problem is, that the system cannot find a DVD-recorder, even if searching.

In system dvd/cd-rom drive I see MATSHITA UJ-820D

Do I need another driver?

Is Premiere not properly preinstalled?

Eventuelly helps an entry in the registry???

You edit your movies in Premiere then burn them using the drag n drop program.
