hi i have a sony vaio vgc-v3m all in one pc im trying to find out if its possable to upgrade the hard drive i have already upgraded the memory but now need to upgrade the hard drive as i bought this seconed hand i have no manuals with it

Exinferis posed a guide to disassembly of a V2M back in 2008. I would assume that the V3M is no different.
