You can find out which particular Bluetooth adapter you have
by looking in the Windows 'Device Manager'
( 'Device Manager' is found in the Windows 'Control Panel'. )
Open the Device Manager and look through the tree-view of devices.
Locate the 'bluetooth' device which will likely be inside a 'Bluetooth Radios' category.
Right-click on the Bluetooth adapter icon to bring up the pop-up menu and then choose 'properties'.
That'll open a Properties dialog window.
Click on the 'Details' tab and from the drop-down list and choose 'Hardware IDs'
If it is a PCI-bus connected device then you should see something like this :
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0162
If it is a USB-bus connected device then you should see something like this :
USB\VID_1234&PID_5678
The significant information here is :
VEN ID = 8086, DEV_ID = 0162 (for a PCI connected device)
VID=1234, PID=5678 (for a USB connected device)
You can then do an internet-search for PCI vendor id database
or USB vendor id database (whichever is appropriate) and that'll take you to a web-site
where you can lookup who the manufacturer is and what particular model - e.g. chipset and model number -
of device that you have.
Hi jono514 and welcome.
You will find all the drivers under the heading "Preinstalled Drivers and Utilities" here: -
http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/VPCEH2N1E_B/updates
You probably need to install them all to get everything to work but it sounds like you need to start with:
Sony Notebook Utilities
Atheros Bluetooth Adapter
Intel Graphics Driver
Sony Shared Library
SFEP Driver
thanks for reply, everything else is working now , but the "blue tooth audio device" is wrong, tried all divers.
what should I do , and can you tell what model type of the blue tooth device of this laptop, maybe I can get help where else.
many thanks

Hi
could you please send to me sony viao laptop PCG-71911m driver
many thanks
Hi fizurizu,
All original drivers and updates are available on the support site (click the tab at the top of this page) but you will first need to find the correct Model Name as PCG-7199m is a chassis reference and will not be recognised by the support site. It is probably a VPCEH series but check this in either Vaio Control Center > System Information or in the BIOS.
If you have problems then let us know the correct Model Name and will will point you in the direction of the drivers.

Ich habe den Driver für den PC pcg-71911m nicht gefunden. Auf dem PC funktionierten die Fn Tasten nicht mehr.
Der Type pcg-71911m ist bei den Treibern gar nicht mehr aufgeführt.
