My screen is full of dirt, spots that fouls me when I work in Photoshop, needs a totally clean screen, but how?

The instruction manual "use a dry cloth doesn't work, I obviously need some detergent, but which?

I use nothing more than a dry microfibre cloth to clean my screen and occasionally I might breath on the screen to remove some stubborn spots. These are available from most shops now.
