i have not made a recovery savety DISK!!!!!!! what can i do ???

I have got a big problem because i did not make a savety disk with my RECOVERY TOOL!!!!!!
Now i want to "clean up" my computer from the beginning but i need these DVD's .......... (vaio Type : FE 11 H)

what can i do now????????????? i hope you will understand me because my english is quiet worse !!!
