Maximum resolution via VGA for VAIO VPCZ12X5E?

I need to purchase a monitor for use with the VGPPRZ10.CEK docking station and a VAIO VPCZ12X5E.  The docking station means the user will want to just use the VGA socket so wanted to know what's the maximum resolution the VAIO can output so I don't buy an overspec'd monitor! Can't find any definitive answer online....

The Z12 does 1920x1200 via VGA and DVI-D. As quality goes via the docking station and especially with a high resolution monitor, I'd make sure to use DVI-out.
