Jumpsuit has already escalated your problem to Sony and hopefully you will receive a reply from them. So have some patience and wait for a response.
Sony do not monitor this forum - it is just a group of Vaio users like yourself who try to help each other out with their problems. We do not work for Sony. We cannot help you here - this is why Jumpsuit has escalated your problem to Sony.
There is no point in repeating your post in different areas of the forum - this just wastes everyone's time. You will not get more attention by saying the same thing over and over again.
We have done all we can - have some patience and wait for Sony to respond.
