Red dot in Vaio Fe31z

I have my laptop just for 6 days and this tiny dot in the middle of the screen was since my second day, when i have noticed that. It is visuable just on some backgrounds (black), but i don't see it on a 007 movie trailer...

What can be the solution? Is it a hardware or software problem???

I have bought in in Berlin and still am here. Can i bring it to sony center to fix the problem?

What you have is a "dead pixel"

Manufacturers have policies about it... most say 1-3 are ok but others say none are ok
For a 6day old laptop, I'd personally get a replacement as you are well within your returns policy to even just get a refund
