Unable to boot vio VGN-AR315S

Hi all , I am trying to boot to my system but with no luck , I tried everything , but I noticed as soon I press the power button it beep long beep and then 2 short ones , so I thought its the memory , I changed and flipped the memory , after that I booted the system and just saw the word vio on the screen for split of scecond abd then black screen with nothing on it ............pls help what could be the problem and how to solve it .Many thks

It sounds like a Graphics Card video error.

Some models are susceptible to this problem so can you recheck your models type - I assume you mean VGN-AR31S but can you please confirm.  Can you remember when you bought it - this may be important in getting a fix.
