Your model was released in 2009 and to the best of my knowledge Vaio Care was not introduced until some time in 2011 (I am more than happy to be correct on dates).

I think he is trying to install Vaio Care in his laptop. We also need to make sure that the notebook would match the Vaio care requirements.
