I hope that someone can assist, we bought new vgn 19vp/b on 5-1-07 in uk and have tried online to get vista bus but it keeps saying cannot verify coa have double checked on the bottom of computer and it is the correct number, I rang help line in uk and they gave me a number of 0044 800 666 44 666, but its engaged the reason for ringing uk is that the machine is english xp pro but we live in france, I cannot unstand how the link cannot verify COA and if possible can someone confirm I am ringing the correct number from france or does someone have to ring the 008006664466 (in uk) and give them the info
ge them to send to uk person and they can post on to us.
