Are these mdr-xb950n1 fake?

does seem a little different than the boxes in reviews
the sticker don't seem to end with (e) or (in) but neither (Ch) or (cn) as is for the fake ones
on front it says "a reduction de bruit" whereas in most boxes i saw in reviews it says " reducteur de bruits"
the sound of them also starts to "crackle" when above half the volume but that might be because I'm listening to rock and rap, where there is not much bass and got lots of mids and highs, which these headphones are not for?
