MDR ZX770 - Mic volume?

Have had these earphones a week now and they are great in many ways except one....

When using with smartphone the received volume (listening to me) is very low although I hear them just fine.

How can I increase the mic sensitivity for a Samsung S6 phone either in native mode or WhatsApp?

I have got this 2 weeks ago. Even though the audio output is good, facing severe issues when used for calls.

I am starting headphones in communication priority mode (single blue blink), still people at the other end of the line are not able to hear me properly.

Can anyone please help?
