NWZ-E474 is frozen...

was transferring music to my Walkman from computer and the transfer bar froze.  I disconnected the USB cable but the Walkman still says "Connected USB (MTP). The player cannot be operated".  I can't do anything with it at all.  Tried reconnecting to computer, restarting computer and reconnecting, but nothing happens and the computer doesn't recognise the device. Any ideas please?

I have exactly the same problem. What can i do?

I managed to sort it myself - all you do is press the reset button on the back of the unit (you'll have to use a fine pen or unbent paperclip!) and it goes back to normal, without losing anything. Hope this works for you.:smileyhappy:
