NWZ-E474 MP3 problem Adding Playlist

I am having problems adding a playlist to my NWZ-E474. I have transferred and then eject the player. Then when I check it says there are no playlists, any ideas

Take a look here  Playing songs in a playlist (NWZ-E474 Help Guide) . Is that you have done?

Followed it exactly but when I eject the device it tells me there are no playlists
