WH-CH710N bluetooth headset problem
I bought Sony WH-CH710N model headphones 2 weeks ago. My purpose of using this headset was to use it in my computer and laptop calls on Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype and similar platforms. When I tried to use it for 2 days, I saw that the sounds cut off suddenly and within a completely random period of time.
With the headphone feature, I can listen to music for hours, but as I mentioned above in headset mode, when I hold an online meeting, the sound stops and I cannot hear what the other part is saying.
For this, I have been fighting with the company I bought for 2 weeks. They sent my headset to Sony Technical Service and the service was informed that there was no problem in the tests. What can I do about it, can you please help?
By the way, I did everythink such as uninstall and install bluetooth driver, unpair and pair connection etc.

Hi fthcucuk,
Have you had a look at our BT connection videos?

Maybe they can help you to establish a stable connection with your PC.
Cheers

Hi
Bluetooth headphones can't tell the difference between media playback and a VOIP call. To your headphones, the computer is streaming an audio signal over Bluetooth and that's it. So if your headphones work well with other devices, the issue would most likely be related to your computer's BT module/adaptor.
If the same thing happens on all devices, the headphones may be the culprit.
