i wish to re-install my windows OEM install to my Sony, i have been around and around this site but i see no direct source for my oem license to download it, where can i find it. i have laptop serial and on rear there is OEM stamp, this site is hopeless to find anything on for support for my Sony Vaio... and the hotline is an eternal loop or case number, or other number, then it cuts you off!?  how do we get support on Sony product OEM os Re installation images!
