Is it possible to inform? Which Forum is correct?

Sony does themselves not recognize "PlayMemories Home" as a porduct.. I cannot understand this.

I just want to have the product "on line" to have the same pictures (memories .. I guess) avilable in "the cloud/on line" or what ever. ..

How do I do?

Go to Apple I guess is the easiest but.. it really should be a way to do it.. or?
