Not directly no as Android has not applications or process in place for this.

What you will need to do is have a look on the Marketplace as various manufacturers have created applications for wifi printing. I know Epsom do as I came accross this before so worth having a look.

I have an Epsom wifi printer and the Epsom Android app it works very well.
